Split Flange Swivels
The Endura™ Dual Split Flange (DSF) swivel joint from OPW® Engineered Systems represents the best in swivel technology. Specifically designed for the transfer of hazardous materials such as acids, solvents, petrochemicals and other toxic fluids, Endura™ sets the standard in Loading Arm Swivel performance.

Vacuum Breaker
Vacuum Breaker– OPW Engineered Systems Vacuum Breakers permit quick, positive evacuation of the arm after the loading operation is complete. Suggested for any top load/submerged fill application.

Loading Valves
OPW Loading Valves are designed to shut off the flow without causing damaging shock in the pipeline. Spring-Loaded ‘Deadman’ Operation – Valve must be manually held in open position and automatically closes upon release of the handle.
- Minimize Line Shock – Variable closure rate allows operator to fine tune closure rate and prevent shock.
- Easy Maintenance – Unique stuffing box design makes disassembly quick and easy.
- No air traps – Air cannot become trapped in the valve, minimizing the risk of product release after closure.

API Bottom Loading Coupler

The 1004D2/1005E has been a proven performer at petroleum terminals around the world. The 1004D3 has been designed to be the safest, cleanest and fastest way to load transports. The D3 offers several new features that make it the most user-friendly bottom loading coupler in the industry.
